Before you sign a lease in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre

There’s no indexation while the lease is unregistered or you haven’t been given the energy certificate (PEB). A lease that began on or after 14 October 2022 is indexed in full; on an earlier one, a home rated E, F or G is indexed less, through a correction factor, until a better certificate is issued. A rent you think excessive doesn’t stop the indexation: a revision is what brings it down.
