immetrics turns an Immoweb listing into a plain-language dossier for buyers and renters: how the asking price compares, what the home really costs, what the official registers and maps say at the address, and what to ask before a visit, an offer or a signature.
Questions and corrections
The product, the data pipelines and the editorial explanations are built and reviewed in-house. Write to matthieu@brouillard.dev: substantive corrections are checked against the relevant listing or public source and carried into the next data or editorial update.
Independent by design
The report is the whole product: whether you buy, rent or walk away, immetrics earns the same.
Editorial standard
Every figure from public data names the authority that publishes it, and market pages give both the date of the snapshot and the period its statistics cover. Estimates and medians are labelled as such. Where the regions’ rules differ, the report applies the rule of the region the home is in.
