Who we are

immetrics is an independent project run by Matthieu Brouillard in Belgium. For anything about this policy or your data, write to mbrouilla@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request a report: the email address you enter, the Immoweb link you paste and your language choice. We use them to build your report, email it to you and investigate delivery problems.

Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data (such as the IP address and the time of a request) for a short period, for security and debugging.

Anonymous usage statistics: we count page views and clicks on this site without cookies and without any identifier that follows you across visits.

Why we process it (legal basis)

Sending the report you asked for is the performance of a contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Security, abuse prevention and anonymous statistics rest on our legitimate interest in running a working, safe service (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes it for us

Three service providers process data on our instructions: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and PostHog (anonymous usage statistics). They may process data in the United States under GDPR safeguards (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no cross-site tracking. That is also why you see no cookie banner.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address and the listing you asked about for as long as needed to deliver your report and follow up on delivery problems. Email us and we delete your records.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to a processing: write to mbrouilla@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
